We are more than a yoga studio. Engedi is a mindful movement space where strength training, mobility work, stretching, and restorative practices work together. Every class helps you move better, feel grounded, and build usable strength through a mix of functional movement and mindful awareness.

What sets us apart is our ability to meet you where you are and help you grow into places you did not think you could reach. Our teachers offer clear guidance, thoughtful sequencing, and steady encouragement so you can explore new shapes and stronger movement patterns with confidence. You will find a community that celebrates your progress and supports you through every step of your practice. CLASSES

Below are some of our most popular classes.

YOGA

A well-rounded class that adapts to all levels, blending strength, flexibility, and mindful movement.

POWER FLOW

A spicy, creative flow class featuring dynamic sequencing and arm balances.

GLUTECAMP

A lower body fitness class focused on strengthening the glutes and posterior chain.

CHAIR YOGA

A gentle, accessible practice that uses a chair for support while helping you build strength, mobility, balance, and relaxation.

ROOT TO RISE

A slow, supportive practice that starts seated and builds into simple standing and balance work to improve coordination and mobility in a safe, inviting way.

FLOW

A dynamic class that links breath with movement through seamless, energizing sequences.

VIN & YIN

A two-part class that blends energizing flow with slow, restorative Yin postures for balance.

MOBILITY LAB

A class to increase range of motion, reduce injury risk, and build control and coordination.

HIIT

a high energy class that uses short work intervals and bodyweight movements to build strength, boost endurance, and increase overall athletic conditioning.

FAMILY YOGA

A fun, inclusive class for kids and adults with simple poses, playful movement, and an upbeat environment that encourages connection and joy.

STRETCH & GENTLE FLOW

A calming class with gentle movements, deep stretches, and breathwork for relaxation and recovery.

YOGA GROOVE

A fun fusion of yoga, dance, and Pilates designed to get your heart rate up and your body moving.

ASANA WORKSHOP

A focused workshop to help students build strength and confidence in arm balances and inversions.

YOGA & BARRE FUSION

a forty five minute blend of yoga and barre inspired movement that builds strength, balance, and control with light props and bodyweight.

EVENING WIND DOWN FLOW

A slow, calming practice that releases tension through gentle movement and breathwork so you can settle your mind and relax at the end of the day.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Our classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and unwind whether this is your first class or your hundredth.

Tip: Our classes stay small by design. Register early to save your spot, and if your plans change, de register so someone else can join. We will always credit the class back to your account.

  • Can be transferred to another student

Mini Membership

Auto Renews

$60/month
  • Provides 4 class credits each month
  • Good for any regular class on the calendar, excluding Special Events
  • Credits expire at the end of the month and do not roll over to the following month
  • Credits can not be transferred to other students

On Demand Membership

$10/month
  • Get access to the On Demand Library available in the Engedi App
  • 45 & 60 Minute Classes available taught by our instructors
  • Breath work and Asana Tutorials

HIIT/Mobility Lab

Pay Per Class

$10/class
  • Good for any HIIT/FIT Fusion class or Mobility Lab on the schedule
  • Credits do not expire
  • Can be transferred to another student

New Student - Unlimited Month Membership

Auto Renews

$69/First month, $119 following months
  • Available to students who have not previously had an unlimited membership
  • Good for any regular class on the calendar, excluding Special Events
  • It offers unlimited credits, so take as many classes as you like!
  • After the first month, the membership converts to our regular monthly membership and subsequent months are billed at $119/month
  • Credits can not be transferred to other students.
  • Can be canceled at any time. No contract required
