Maybe it’s Spring. Maybe we just like to keep people guessing. Who knows???
But with the new month comes a new opportunity to try out a couple of Special Event Classes. With so many options to choose from, we need your help deciding where we should start. Please see the list below and check any of the classes you would like to take.
We’ve included a brief description of each class below the survey if you would like more information about each class. Also, just a note about special classes. Depending on the nature of the class – these classes may have a different price point to participate in and may not be included in our monthly membership – though any of our monthly members will receive a discounted rate if they would like to join us.
Special Event Class Descriptions
Yoga for Runners – Yoga is great for all athletes, particularly runners. The repetitive motion of running creates a specific type of stress on the body. Yoga is a great tool for evening out the tension. We will work through a specific sequence designed for this purpose… and maybe go for a run afterwards 😉.
VIRTUAL Evening Stretch & Breath Work Class – This class would meet via a networking platform like Zoom during a weeknight evening. Find a quiet spot at home and wind down with some stretching and breathing exercises. No mat or props required!
Arm Balancing Class – Ready to take flight? Yes, arm balances require a little bit of strength but using the proper technique goes a long way. Plus, they are fun! (At least, we think so 😂)
Work Week WINE 🍷 Down – Join us and a few friends for a Friday evening yoga class followed by a wine and charcuterie selection.
Hands-On Assists Class for Better Alignment – Hands-on adjustments are a common part of yoga. In this class, as Scott instructors students through a sequence, Jenn will assist students with slight physical adjustments helping them to find full expressions of the pose.
