We’re excited to introduce Monday Mid-Day Mindfulness, a hybrid (live & virtual) class designed to help you reset and refocus at the start of your week. Whether you’re joining us in-studio or from your desk at work, this 30-minute stretch and breathwork session will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to take on the rest of your Monday.
Undo the Effects of Too Much Sitting
Many of us spend hours each day sitting—at desks, in meetings, or in front of screens—which can lead to tight hips, stiff shoulders, and shallow breathing patterns. Over time, this can contribute to poor posture, reduced circulation, and even increased stress levels.
Monday Mid-Day Mindfulness is designed to counteract these effects with gentle seated and standing stretches to release tension and calming breathwork to bring ease back into your body and mind. No props or special setup required—just a quiet space and a few moments to dedicate to your well-being.
What to Expect
Led by Scott, this session includes:
