YOGA FOUNDATIONS

In this class, you’ll learn foundational poses, breathing techniques, and the basics of yoga philosophy. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class adapts to your needs, offering modifications and challenges to suit your level of experience.

CHAIR YOGA

An accessible yoga class using a chair for support. Perfect for all levels, this practice enhances strength, flexibility, and balance through seated and standing poses, breathwork, and relaxation. No experience needed—just come as you are!

POWER FLOW

Our “Power Flow” class is tailored for individuals aiming to build strength and resilience through yoga. Focusing on core stability, muscular endurance, and balance, this class incorporates poses that target major muscle groups. Ideal for athletes and those looking to supplement their fitness routine, this class not only builds physical strength but also enhances mental fortitude and focus.

MID-DAY STRETCH AND BREATHE

Take a refreshing break from work or school with this quick, rejuvenating class. Designed to ease tension, improve focus, and reset your energy, this session blends gentle stretches with mindful breathing. Join in person or via Zoom—no mat or experience needed, just a few minutes to move, breathe, and recharge!

VIN AND YIN

“Vin and Yin” is a unique fusion class that combines the dynamic movements of Vinyasa Flow with the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga. The first half of the class is dedicated to energizing flow sequences, enhancing your strength and flexibility. The latter half transitions into Yin, where poses are held longer for a deep stretch of connective tissues. This class is perfect for those looking to balance activity with relaxation.

GENTLE FLOW & STRETCH

“Gentle Flow” is a soothing and nurturing class ideal for those seeking a more relaxed approach. This class focuses on gentle movements, deep stretches, and calming breathing exercises. It’s perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, recover from injury, or simply enjoy a more gentle pace. Our instructors guide you through each flow with care, ensuring a rejuvenating experience that promotes mental clarity and physical ease.

HIIT

HIIT/FIT FUSION

HIIT/FIT FUSION is a 30-minute high-intensity cardio and strength-building class. The first section focuses on bodyweight calisthenics that build strength throughout the body. The second half of the class is designed to raise the heart rate and build cardio endurance.

FLOW

A dynamic class linking breath with movement for a fluid, energizing practice. With shorter holds and seamless transitions, this class builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Open to all levels—come ready to move, breathe, and flow!

WORKSHOPS

Our workshops are designed to help you break down and master more challenging poses with expert guidance. Through focused instruction, drills, and modifications, you’ll gain the strength, flexibility, and confidence to explore new possibilities in your practice. Perfect for all levels—come ready to learn and grow!

WHAT TO EXPECT

when you arrive

Upon arriving at our studio, please check in with the class instructor. We prioritize a welcoming and organized start to your yoga journey.

Yoga Essentials

You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat and props. However, we provide all necessary items at no additional cost, including mats, yoga blocks, straps, and bolsters, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Personal Belongings and Changing Facilities

We offer cubby spaces outside the studio for your convenience. Kindly remove your shoes, place your phone in your bag, and store all non-essential items in a cubby hole. Our restrooms are available for you to comfortably change into your yoga attire.

Comfort and Hygiene

While our studio is not heated, we recommend bringing a towel and a water bottle. Staying hydrated and comfortable is key to enhancing your yoga experience, even if you break just a little sweat.

Class Schedule and Timeliness

The studio opens 30 minutes before each class. Arriving 5-15 minutes early allows you to prepare and settle in. Classes begin at the scheduled time and typically last for 60 minutes. Please note that late arrivals might not be accommodated to avoid disruption.

Intimate Class Setting

Our intimate studio accommodates 7-8 students per class. This small size ensures personalized attention from the instructor. If you’ve registered but can’t attend, please de-register to allow another student the opportunity. Failure to de-register in advance may result in the loss of a class credit.
