We’re excited to introduce a brand-new offering at Engedi: the Wednesday Workshop Series, a weekly deep dive into advanced yoga poses designed to help you refine your practice.
Every Wednesday at noon, we’ll focus on a specific posture, breaking it down step by step so you can build confidence and strength in a supportive, small-group setting. Each 45-minute workshop includes a guided warm-up, focused drills, and hands-on assistance to help you progress safely and effectively.
Starting with Headstand (Sirsasana)
For the first two weeks, we’ll be exploring Headstand (Sirsasana)—one of yoga’s most empowering inversions. Whether you’re working on overcoming the fear of going upside down, refining your alignment, or finding balance without the wall, this session will help you move toward a strong and stable headstand.
Small Class, Big Progress
To ensure personalized attention, class size is limited to just six students per session. This intimate format allows for individualized feedback and hands-on guidance from our experienced teacher, Jenn, a 500-hour RYT-certified instructor with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
