HIIT/FIT Fusion – Exciting New HIIT & Calisthenics Class!
Are you ready to take your fitness up a notch? Check out our new HIIT & Calisthenics Fusion class coming in July, specially designed to improve your VO2 max and boost your cardiovascular fitness!
VO2 max, or maximal oxygen uptake, measures the maximum amount of oxygen your body can utilize during intense exercise. It is a key indicator of cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance.
Improving VO2 max enhances your body’s efficiency in delivering and using oxygen, allowing you to perform sustained physical activity more effectively. Higher VO2 max levels are associated with better overall health, increased athletic performance, and a reduced risk of chronic diseases.
Recent studies have found a strong correlation between a higher VO2 Max score and a reduction in all-cause mortality! Basically, the higher your VO2 Max, the less likely you are to die from something other than old age.
Class Details:
- Schedule: Mondays at 5:45 PM and Wednesdays at 7:15 AM
- Duration: 30 minutes total
- Warm-Up/Cool-Down: 10 minutes
- Intense Workout: 20 minutes (Time will split between High Intensity Intervals and Calisthenics training)

- No Equipment Needed: Just bring yourself and your energy! If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it along for extra comfort.
