Fridays | 9:00–9:45 AM | Civic Plaza in Downtown Bartow (200 E. Davidson St.)
Looking for a fun and meaningful way to connect with your family and community this summer? Join us for Family Yoga Fridays, a playful and welcoming outdoor yoga class designed for all ages and every body.
This 45-minute class is held at Civic Plaza in Downtown Bartow and offers the perfect way to start your Friday with movement, mindfulness, and fresh air. We’ll stretch, breathe, balance, and play together in a lighthearted, beginner-friendly format.
Kids are warmly welcomed, but you don’t need to bring one to attend. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, caregiver, or someone who simply enjoys a relaxed and joyful practice, you’re invited. Just come with an open heart and a little extra patience in case our younger yogis get a bit wiggly—we celebrate movement and curiosity here!
💚 This class is:
-
Donation-based – your gifts help us continue offering free or low-cost community classes throughout the year.
-
Family-friendly – ideal for anyone looking to share movement and mindfulness in a playful space.
-
Beginner-friendly – no prior yoga experience required.
