Mobility Lab is a focused session designed to help you move better, feel better, and get out of the cycle of constant tightness and discomfort.

This is not a yoga class.

This is simple, practical work that helps your body do what it is supposed to do.

What We Do

Each session combines:

  • Targeted mobility work to improve joint range of motion
  • Light strength work to support those new ranges
  • Simple movements you can build on over time

No complicated routines.
No pressure to keep up.

Just consistent work that adds up.

Who This Is For

This class is a great fit if you:

  • Feel stiff or tight most days
  • Sit for long periods at work or school
  • Deal with nagging aches in your hips, shoulders, or back

If you already work out, this will help you feel better doing it.
