Mobility Lab is a focused session designed to help you move better, feel better, and get out of the cycle of constant tightness and discomfort.
This is not a yoga class.
This is simple, practical work that helps your body do what it is supposed to do.
What We Do
Each session combines:
- Targeted mobility work to improve joint range of motion
- Light strength work to support those new ranges
- Simple movements you can build on over time
No complicated routines.
No pressure to keep up.
Just consistent work that adds up.
